1. To qualify for the promotional referral bonus, a user must be located in any of our pay-in countries and make a minimum of 3 qualifying referrals between 00:00 GMT on 12/11/24 and 23:59 on 11/12/24.

2. A referral is completed and taken into account when i) the referee makes a first successful transaction ii) from any of our pay-in countries  to Nigeria iii) for an amount greater than or equal to AED 1/EUR 1/USD 1/GBP 1/CAD 1 iv) within the promotional period v) using the referrer’s promo code, and vi) the referee's transactions are not cancelled or refunded.

3. The promotional referral bonuses will be credited as Taptap Send credit. This is not electronic money and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or withdrawn from a user’s account. Bonuses must be used on a user’s next Taptap Send transaction.

4. The Taptap Send bonus from the original referral bonus scheme of AED 40/ EUR 5/ GBP 5/ USD 10/CAD 10 for referrers and AED 20/ EUR 5/GBP 5/USD 10/CAD 10 for referees, will automatically be credited to the respective user accounts on successful completion of a referral.

5. If a user qualifies for the promotional bonus credit by making 3 or more qualifying referrals during the promotional period, the additional bonus credit of AED 120/EUR 15/GBP 15/USD 30/CAD 30 will be applied to their Taptap Send account on the first Friday after they have qualified for the additional bonus credit.

6. In the event of any suspected promo code abuse, Taptap Send reserves the right to withhold or, where the credit has already been paid, void any referral bonus credit from both the referrer and the referee.
